BellAir is currently recruiting PIC and SIC candidates for full-time crews for various aircraft. Candidates can be home-based.
– ATP with applicable type rating preferred, not required

What is the biggest benefit to work for BellAir as a pilot?
My opinion: the growth available (adding all the planes, promoting within, getting in on the ground floor) and how ‘pilot centric’ the company is. The bonus program is unique, the openness of new ideas (sort of), CEO is a pilot (this is HUGE!)
